Over the past two weeks, our Raise Up St. Anthony’s campaign has continued to move forward with steady progress—and important clarity.

Where We Stand Today

  • Total pledges and contributions are approaching $3 million

  • Of that, approximately $300,000+ has been received in cash so far

  • We have over 340 families who have already made a commitment to rebuilding our church

This is a strong start—and a sign of real support within our parish community.

A Critical Update

As we have worked with financial partners and reviewed construction planning, one thing has become clear:

Before we can break ground, we must have approximately $3 million in cash available.

This is not a change in our overall goal—it is a requirement to begin construction.

While our full campaign goal remains $8 million, this immediate need is what will allow us to take the next step forward.

What This Means

Many pledges have been made over time (monthly or multi-year commitments), which is exactly how a capital campaign is designed.

However, this phase requires cash available now to move into construction.

That means:

  • Early fulfillment of pledges makes a direct impact

  • One-time gifts help accelerate progress

  • Every contribution—large or small—moves us closer to breaking ground

Progress Behind the Scenes

In addition to fundraising, several key efforts are actively moving forward:

  • Continued work with architects and engineers on final plans

  • Coordination with the Diocese and lending partners

  • Ongoing discussions with the City regarding permits and potential fee reductions

  • Expansion of communication through bulletin updates, website improvements, and outreach efforts

Looking Ahead

Our focus right now is simple:

Build momentum. Increase clarity. Move toward construction.

We are committed to keeping parishioners informed with clear, consistent updates—and to making sure everyone understands both the progress and the path forward.

This is a moment where participation matters.

Not just in pledges—but in action.

Together, we are raising up St. Anthony’s.
